The contact form on www.fruitfreshup.com is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. This page explains what that means for you.
Why We Use reCAPTCHA
reCAPTCHA helps us tell real visitors apart from automated spam bots so that our contact form stays usable and the messages we receive come from people. reCAPTCHA v3 works in the background; there is no puzzle to solve and no checkbox to tick.
What Google Receives
The reCAPTCHA script is currently loaded on every page of the Site, not only the contact page. Whenever a page loads, Google’s reCAPTCHA script runs in your browser and sends information to Google so it can score how likely it is that you are a person. This includes:
- Your IP address.
- Information about your browser and device, such as browser type, screen size, language and installed plugins.
- Mouse movements, touch and keyboard interaction patterns on the page.
- Cookies that Google has already set in your browser, if any.
Google uses this information to provide and improve the reCAPTCHA service. We receive only a score and do not see the underlying data.
Your Cookie Banner Choice Does Not Apply Here
reCAPTCHA loads regardless of the choice you make in our cookie banner, because it is strictly necessary to keep the form secure and working. It is not used for analytics or advertising and it does not run on other pages of the Site.
Google’s Terms
Google’s processing of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service.
If You Would Rather Not Use the Form
If you prefer that Google not receive this information, you can reach us instead by phone at 1-716-684-3400 or by email at info@fruitfreshup.com. We are happy to help either way.
For more about how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
