Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Fruit Fresh Up does not sell personal information for money. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, allowing an advertising company to collect information about your visit for cross-context behavioral advertising can count as “sharing”. On this website, the only tool that could do that is Google Ads, and it does not run unless you accept advertising cookies.
How to Opt Out
You are opted out by default. Advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner.
If you accepted earlier and want to opt out now, open the cookie settings and switch off “Advertisement”:
Global Privacy Control: if your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sharing. Advertising consent is set to denied for your visit regardless of your banner choice: no advertising cookies are set, and Google Ads conversion tracking, call tracking and remarketing do not run. Any signal Google’s tag still sends is cookieless and marked as consent denied.

Residents of California and of other states with comparable privacy laws may also ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.

We will not discriminate against you for making a request. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for written permission from you.
We do not knowingly collect, sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
